This project is a series of images each depicting a mental state I have been in. I have struggled with my mental health for many years and these photos were created to both help normalize mental health for those struggling, and to create attention in the minds of those who don't struggle, so they can see the many aspects of life that can change when someone is struggling with their mental health. As Cesar A. Cruz put it "Art should comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable".
